We Built Arcus to Change What Compliance Looks Like for Ambitious Founders

Not a traditional consultancy. Not a back-office function. A commercially intelligent team embedded in the markets we serve.

Arcus Compliance was built because the market had a problem. It was dominated by two types of providers. The large firms with deep technical expertise and very little commercial sensitivity. And the small freelancers with commercial flexibility but inadequate depth of knowledge.

Neither type was built for founders building fast-growing businesses in regulated markets. The people who needed regulatory intelligence that moved at commercial speed, from someone who understood what it meant to operate a real business and not just to audit one.

Lee Bryan built Arcus as the third option.

What We Do

Arcus provides regulatory compliance services across two core sectors and operate across two primary market regions:

These are the areas where our team has established market-specific expertise. Our approach is focused on delivering support in jurisdictions where we maintain this level of regulatory understanding and practical experience.

How We Work

Every client has a named contact. Compliance is not a function you should have to submit requests into and wait. It is an ongoing commercial relationship that requires someone who genuinely knows your business, your products, and your markets.

We are a customer-first operation. That is not a strapline. It is the operating model.

We come from manufacturing and commercial backgrounds. We sat on the other side of the table. We know what it costs when compliance slows production. We know what it feels like when a regulatory change hits a product that has already launched. That shapes how we give advice.

The Team

Our senior team has a manufacturing and commercial background. We are not a team of pure regulatory academics. We are practitioners who moved into compliance from industry. Which means our advice is grounded in operational reality, not theoretical regulatory analysis.

We have regulatory specialists embedded across five geographic regions: the United Kingdom, mainland Europe, China, the Middle East, and Indonesia. Regulatory intelligence belongs in the market. An expert reading Middle East regulations from a London office has a fundamentally different quality of insight from one who is present in Dubai or Riyadh.
